Hotel TATRA welcomed its first guests in year 1930 and even in the beginning of its history became the center of cultural, social and business-travel life. It was well-known for its French restaurant with live music band. The guests were offered not only by accommodation services, but they had also chance to amuse - following year 1945 Tatra became famous for its Tatra Ring, where boxing matches were held. Later its popularity increased owing to Tatra Cabaret, later Tatra Revue. Nowadays it is the home theater of M. Lasica and J.
